I am breaking through the shackles  
of my limited imagination  
as you show me the unknown colours of the sky  
cerulean blue to lapis lazuli  
but they are not more beautiful  
than the tender mischief in your eyes

until now I was a prisoner of myself  
but you freed me from my rusty cage  
buoyed by your endless love  
once more I am learning to flutter my wings and fly
