A very short post today because I'm pretty sure I'd otherwise fall asleep right here, right now. I also don't mind keeping this short because I managed to do a few fiction writing sprints earlier in the day, along with playtime with D, running

It's almost 5 P.M. and I've only just switched on the computer for the day. Been completely knackered since morning, a result of yesterday's shot [https://thedreampedlar.com/free-writing-just-another-brick-in-the-wall/]. Entirely expected. What I didn't

I got my second shot. And no, it wasn't AstraZeneca this time. I opted for an mRNA vaccine. Given that everything is a crapshoot anyway, I decided to go with the expert recommendation currently prevalent in the country and chose a different shot to be injected into me.

We woke up later than usual and thereafter, everything this morning took twice the usual amount of time. I spent almost all morning looking forward to an afternoon nap, from which I woke up to find KrA down and under following his second shot yesterday. So D and I went

We've been watching some of the birds and their eggs hatch and their chicks grow and fledge this season thanks to The Cornell Lab [https://www.allaboutbirds.org/cams/all-cams/] resource. We first watched the barred owls [https://www.allaboutbirds.org/cams/barred-owls/] with great interest.
